We recently stayed at B&B Portobello in Sestri Levante for a week-long getaway and had a fantastic experience. From the warm welcome to the stunning view from our room, everything was perfect. Francesco and Marzia went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The breakfast was delicious and made with attention to detail. They even offered parking, which was convenient. We can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We rented bikes from a nearby shop and had a blast cycling along the coast with our kids. The scenery was breathtaking, and there were plenty of places to stop and enjoy the view. We also took a boat tour to the nearby picturesque villages of Cinque Terre, which was a highlight of our trip. The area is perfect for families who love outdoor activities and enjoying the beauty of nature.
My wife says that it would have been great if there had been a small playground or play area for the children at the B&B.

The value for money at B&B Portobello was really good, considering the comfortable rooms and amazing location. Being situated between two beautiful sand beaches and overlooking the town square, I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The staff, especially Francesco and Marzia, were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety to make it even better.

I had an absolutely stunning stay at a charming and beautifully styled accommodation in an amazing location. The room had a breathtaking view of the city center on one side and the beach on the other side. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on what to do and see beforehand and recommending nice restaurants. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that were constantly refilled. I had a fabulous experience and I wish I could have stayed longer.
Nothing, all was good! 😄

Noisy street outside.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The location was great, close to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the Christmas decorations added a festive touch to our stay.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. The same items were served every day, and they didn't seem to be freshly made.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sestri and a stone's throw away from the breathtaking Bay of Silence. The charm of the 250-year-old building, adorned with beautiful mosaic floors and captivating artwork on the ceiling, added to the unique experience.
My kids wished there had been a dedicated play area for children.

The hosts, Francesco and Marzia, were incredibly helpful, offering local recommendations and providing detailed information about transportation options. The breakfast was outstanding, with delightful extras that made it truly special. Though there were some minor inconveniences such as street noise and slightly uncomfortable beds, overall, I had an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this B&B for its perfect location and wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Situated in the most stunning part of the historic street, just steps away from the beach. The elegant and beautifully furnished rooms with separate bathrooms in a 250-year-old building with original mosaic floors are mind-blowing. The extensive breakfasts exceeded all expectations. There were a couple of negative aspects that I have to mention. the room we stayed in was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.
